Food additive 138 ester gum is made from the high temperature esterifying of special grade distil rosin and officinal glycerin. This product is buff glass finalized solid. It is widely used as emulsification stabilizer in drink and chewing constituent in chewing gum. It is regarded as the green additive in the world food industry.
